CFSMA 27th Exhibition Will Be Held in Haikou, Hainan

The CFSMA 26th Exhibition was successfully held in Nanjing in May 2024. The event set a new record for scale, with a significant increase in overseas exhibitors, attracting over 90 international peers from more than 20 countries and regions including Europe, North America, the Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East for exchange, display, and trade negotiations.

 

Hainan Province is China's largest free trade pilot zone. To leverage the special policies of Hainan and facilitate business exchanges for domestic and international counterparts, CFSMA 27th Exhibition is planned to be held from May 8-10, 2025, at Hainan International Convention & Exhibition Center in Haikou city,Hainan Province,China.

Currently, Hainan Province offers visa-free entry for up to 30 days to citizens of 59 countries, including Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, for purposes such as commerce, visits, family reunions, medical treatment, exhibitions, and sports competitions (excluding work and study).The scope of visa-free access is gradually expanding.

 

Hainan Island is a highly distinctive tourist destination, with Sanya City known as the "Oriental Hawaii," where the sun, beaches, green vegetation, and fresh air attract countless domestic and international visitors.

 

Currently, enterprises registered in Hainan Province and operating substantially enjoy numerous tax incentives. For instance, enterprises in encouraged industries are subject to a reduced corporate income tax rate of 15%; zero tariffs are applied to production equipment imported for self-use and raw materials consumed in self-use production or processing on a made-to-order basis.High-end and urgently needed talents working in Hainan are exempted from the portion of their personal income tax that exceeds 15% of their actual tax burden.

 

By 2025, Hainan Province will initiate the operation of island-wide customs closure at an appropriate time. After the closure, the preferential policies will be more comprehensive and detailed, and the freedom of trade, investment, and personnel movement will bring about more efficient international cooperation.

 

Hainan is set to become a hotbed for investment, commerce, and tourism.
