Welcome to the CFSMA 27th Exhibition! In order to facilitate your participation in the exhibition and technical session, we provide the following tips, which we hope will be helpful to you.
1. Check-in time and venue for picking up your package:
May 7th all day, at Hainan Liangzhi Seaview Hotel（Google in name of LANDWISE SEAVIEW HOTEL）, located at No. 278 Binhai Avenue, Xiuying District, Haikou, 300 meters away from Hall 5.
2. Attendees staying at Haikou Marriott Hotel and Holiday Inn Haikou West Coast：
Please follow the exhibition signs in the hotel lobby, and after check-in, proceed to the Hainan Liangzhi Seaview Hotel（Google in name of LANDWISE SEAVIEW HOTEL）to collect your package.
3. Accommodation reservations :
Those attendees wishing to reserve a hotel recommended Haikou Marriott Hotel or Holiday Inn Haikou West Coast, please contact the conference organizing committee directly: cfsma17@126.com
4. Exhibition visiting:
Starting from 8:30 AM on May 8th , visitors staying at the Marriott can enter through the south entrance of Hall 5; visitors staying at Holiday Inn Haikou West Coast will be transported to the exhibition hall and can enter through the north entrance (as shown in the below image).
5. Reminder for the Technical Session（Friction Material）:
Simultaneous interpretation services will be provided at this Technical Session. Attendees need to scan a QR code with their mobile phones to enter the interpretation platform at the venue. Please prepare your own headphones. If you are unable to listen via your mobile phone, headsets for simultaneous interpretation can be collected from the service desk at the entrance of the conference room.
