Anhui boasts not only charming natural landscape, but also historical, cultural elements and heritages of Buddhism, Taoism and Hui Culture with Chinese characteristics. Mt. Huangshan and the ancient swellings in Xidi and Hongcun villages of Yixian County have been listed by UNESCO as world culture heritage sites. Mt.Huangshan, MtJiuhua, Mt. Tianzhu, Mt.Qiyun, Caishi Rocky Cliff, Chaohu Lake, Taichi Cave and Huating Lake are national tourist attractions. Shexian, Bozhou and Anqing are nationally important historical and cultural town seats. Mt. Huangshan, Mt.Jiuhua and Taiping Lake are world famous tourist attractions.
1. Mount Huangshan Scenic Area
Huangshan (Chinese: 黄山 [2], literal meaning: Yellow Mountain) is a mountain range in southern Anhui province in eastern China. Vegetation on the range is thickest below 1,100 meters (3,600 ft), with trees growing up to the treeline at 1,800 meters (5,900 ft).
The area is well known for its scenery, sunsets, peculiarly-shaped granite peaks, Huangshan pine trees, hot springs, winter snow, and views of the clouds from above. Huangshan is a frequent subject of traditional Chinese paintings and literature, as well as modern photography. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of China's major tourist destinations.

2.Mount Jiuhua Scenic Area
Many of the mountain's shrines and temples are dedicated to Ksitigarbha (known in Chinese as Dìzàng, Chinese: 地藏, in Japanese as Jizō), who is a bodhisattva and protector of beings in hell realms according to Mahayana Buddhist tradition. Pious Buddhists often visit Anhui to climb to Greater Tiantai peak, which is regarded as Jiuhuashan's most important peak, although it is not the tallest.
