The National Development and Reform Commission, the State Ministry of Science and Technology, The National Ministry of Finance, The General Administration of Customs, The State Administration of Taxation issued announcement no. 41, 2013, concluded that Hubei Feilong Friction & Sealing Materials Co., Ltd, technology center become the group of 20 to enjoy preferential policies of the enterprise (group) technology center. This is the only identified as national enterprise technology center in friction material industry.
