The delegation of China Friction and Sealing Material Association took part in SAE Brake Annual Meeting and visited related enterprises. The CFSMA delegation was invited by Mr. Roy Link, the president of SAE Brake Annual Meeting; they were completed tasks successfully and returned to China at Oct 13rd 2013.
At United States, the CFSMA delegation met Mr. Roy Link, the president of SAE Brake Annual Meeting, Mr. Matthew G. link, the CEO of Link Engineering Company, Mr. Mavin, the ex-president of SAE Brake Annual Meeting, two sides communicated with some issues that both sides care.
On Oct 4th, the CFSMA delegation visited headquarters of Link Engineering Company, Miss Chen Yan, who is the manager in Link’s Asia regional introduced overview of Link Engineering Company, and she companied with CFSMA delegation to visited headquarters of Link Engineering Company and their laboratory, at same time, they visited MSC Company which is cooperative partner with Link Engineering Company. Link Engineering Company can support high precision test system on auto market, complex laboratory and vehicle testing services.
On Oct 5th, the CFSMA delegation visited headquarters of GE Company, and visited Ford motor production line and Henry Ford Museum at afternoon.
Ford museum displays all kinds of representative models from more than a century ago the car's open at the beginning of the crank handle to modern automobile, it is concentrated the development course of modern car civilization. Museum exhibition reflects the development of Ford motor company and evolution of American transport history, from the first American car to have the world's largest steam locomotive which different historical periods have different usage, and different models and brands of all kinds of cars.
On 0ct.7th-8th, the CFSMA delegation participated exhibition of SAE Brake Annual Meeting, the delegation visited each exhibition booths, and publicized the information of 16th CFSMA Technical Exchange and Product Exhibition.
Zhengzhou Baiyun Industrial Co., Ltd., Huangshan Hualan Technology Co., Ltd., Songxian Exploiter Molybdenum Co., Ltd., Yantai Hi-Pad Brake Technology Co., Ltd. and some CFSMA membership enterprises took part in this SAE Annual Meeting exhibition.
Through this successful delegation, they learned about international friction material industry and the latest developments in top enterprises in this industry; they found out the gap between business and development direction, in order to grasp new opportunities.
On Oct 8th, the CFSMA delegation discussed with SAE organizer and got an agreement that they set up a china exhibition area in the next year, and got a favorable exhibition price. China Friction and Sealing Material Association will organize a china enterprises exhibition group to take part in SAE Annual Meeting in the next year. The companies of Zhengzhou Baiyun Industrial Co., Ltd., Huangshan Hualan Technology Co., Ltd., Songxian Exploiter Molybdenum Co., Ltd., Yantai Hi-Pad Brake Technology Co., Ltd. express they are willing to join in this group in the next year.
