1. Location: C Exhibition Hall, First Floor, Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre
2. Exhibition Time: 8:30 May 28th to 16:00 May 29th.
3. Booths:
①Standard Booth size -Standard: 3m×3m×2.5m (L×W×H), Facility: Standard booth includes one table, two chairs, two projection lamps, one 220V socket and a lintel board. Rental of additional exhibition facilities is also available.
②Custom-built Booth size-booth space (minimum 4X standard booth size or larger)
4. Fees

Note: Please Bank Remittance within one week after booking.
Fees for each standard size booth include 2 lunch tickets.
No lunch will be served before 27/5/2015.
5. Cancellation and Refund
1. Cancel up 30 days before opening, 70% charges of all fees.
2. Cancel 16-30 days before opening, 50% charges of all fees.
3. Cancel 15 days before opening, no refund.
6. Exhibition Booth Reservation: The availability of the exhibition booth will be based on a “first come first serve” basis. Please send in your reservation form with the right amount of registration fees and notice us by fax or email as soon as you can. We will send an invoice back to you upon receiving your reservation and payments.
Note: All exhibition items should be sent by a door-to-door service provider (please contact us before shipping exhibition items.)
NOTE:
Conference ID Badge: All conference attendees are required to wear the conference ID badge all the time at the conference. No one will be admitted to the exhibition or the technical program without showing the ID badge.
Conference ID badge can be obtained at the conference registration desk on May 27th, 2015.
