2、Held the 12th friction sealing material technical exchange and product exhibition successfully
We held the 12th friction sealing material technical exchange and product exhibition & the 3th international auto、motorcycle parts patent new products’ technology exchange and product exhibition. Lei qianzhi(the vice President of China building materials association), Sun xiangyuan(Standing vice President), many enterprises and related fields’ Presidents of friction sealing materials industry home and abroad, the international colleagues and so on, many heavyweights visit this exhibition. 191 enterprises are at the exhibition home and abroad, exhibition area is more than 6000 square meters, 500 professional audiences from 30countries witnessed the latest products, the advanced technology, the innovative concept and the brand image of this industry.
During the exhibition, we held the friction material technical forum and sealing material technical report with several famous friction sealing material experts home and abroad as before. In the meanwhile, we introduced the seminar of the production-study-research integration firstly, the second photo exhibition of national friction sealing material industry were welcomed widely.
3、The large-scale visit and interaction broke the closed pattern in this industry
In March, we held the 9th friction material technical training class in Jinan. Shandong Jinqilin Co.,Ltd、Shandong Xinyi Group and Shandong Shengquan Chemical Co.,Ltd opened the door and receive more than 180 students to inspect the production line and the research center. In June, the whole representatives of attending friction material standard seminar visited the production plant of Zhoushan Haishan Sealing Material Co.,Ltd. In September, the whole representatives of attending the second council of the sixth visited You’an Braking Material Co.,Ltd in Qilian Mountain of Gansu. These large-scale visits broke the long-time conservative concept of “mutually closed” within this industry, deepened the mutual relationship and understanding within the industry, established the foundation for the later cooperation.
4、Push the production-study-research integration and open the technology research activities hands in hands
During the 12th friction sealing material technical exchange and product exhibition, we firstly invited the leading supplier of auto safety system----TRW Automotive、Wuhu Boteli auto safety system Co., Ltd and the domestic institutions of higher learning that related with the development of this industry (Shanghai East China University Of Science and Technology、Zhejiang University of Technology、Tianjin Polytechnic University、Xianyang Normal University) joined in this exhibition, at the same time, convened the seminar of production-study-research integration. The goal of these activities lies in assisting enterprises to improve research and development ability, to enhance the capacity of independent innovation, in order to adapt to the rapid development of the international auto industry. The members and the participating representatives supported strongly. After the exhibition, some enterprises pre-contacted the universities about the research and development of the projects. The “union” is bound to push the improvement of the industrial technology level.
5、Accomplish the change work of the Association
The 5th Council expired until 2010. In May, we held the member representative assembly to change the people in charge, by the election, the 6th Council’ people in charge emerged, Wangyao is the president of Council, Ma jianping and other 17 people are vice president, Zhang yukun is secretary-general. The first conference of the 6th Council determined to employ Huang boyun as the honorary chairman of the 6th Council.
6、Formulate the 12th five-year development plan outline
The second conference of the 6th Council discussed and passed the 12th five-year development plan outline of China friction sealing material industry, the outline summarized the achievements of the 11th five-year plan, clarified the development direction and the job content of the 12th five-year development plan.
7、Formulate 5 industry self-regulation rules
The second conference of the 6th Council discussed and passed CFSMA guild regulations and rules、CFSMA methods of industry self-management awards and punishments、CFSMA industry professional ethic rules、CFSMA industry dispute handling rules、industry quality monitoring and inspection plus punishment information publish system, 5 industry self-regulation rules in total. These rules push this industry to develop into fair、just、self-discipline and harmonious direction.
8、Facilitate sealing material major to set up the undergraduate education
In order to foster the professional technology talents of the sealing material industry, we signed the cooperation deal with Tianjin Polytechnic University Material Science and Engineering College. We set up the sealing material direction in the composite material subject, foster the Bachelor and Master talents of the sealing major, promote the cooperation of the production-study-research, and, push the industry technology innovation. In order to encourage the students to choose the sealing material subject, we set up the CFSMA Scholarship in this college. We offer the association journal、the related professional technology books free, in the meanwhile, we permit the students join the Network Institute of our association free, and occasionally organize the technology forum from the experts home and abroad for the students.
9、the first graduates of the friction material major all obtained employments
The first graduates of the friction material major that our association and Xianyang Normal University Materials Chemistry College fostered graduated in July this year, among 44 students in total, 4 students passed the entrance examination of the Master Degree, except minority students got the jobs nearby because of the family difficulty, all other students obtained the employments about this industry. Thanks to their professional pre-training at school, they soon adapt to the job demand after the entrance into the enterprises.
